When I try to print reports, I get a message stating job ticket: "TRU.RPT is missing. Verify in Report Manager". Can you help with this problem? It comes up fine on all computers but the one.

I've installed the application and the software works just fine. You have to launch it as Administrator and make sure that you have at least one printer set as default. You can do this through the Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers. After this procedure, right click the software and choose Run as Administrator.
On my invoice when looking at it on the screen (this is before I print the ticket) in the pricing column there is a small triangle and sometimes a pie sign. Does anyone know what these stand for?

I have searched for this issue, but I couldn't find anything available. There are resources and manuals available, but your issue is nowhere mentioned on the web or on their official website. I recommend getting in touch with the developers in order to find out about the characters problem. Additionally, this problem can be cause by wrong or corrupted fonts installed on your computer.

You can re-download a copy of the PrintSmith through the download page at Software Informer: http://printsmith.software.informer.com/download/

You can use the Fix Fonts Folder application to try to repair the fonts, then reinstall the main application: http://www.ezprompt.com/support/downloads/
